Prior to registering, please confirm that the data in your JACoW profile is up to date, especially your e-mail address and affiliation. If you do not have such a profile, please create one at JACoW Central Repository User Profiles.

Post-doctoral students and fellows should register as regular delegate registration option. Students registered for a PhD or diploma in accelerator physics or engineering should register using the student registration.

All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee, including invited speakers.

Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Advance registration through the online system is required. Onsite payment must be made in the form of credit card. 

Payment in full must be made by 1st June 2020 to qualify for the early-registration discount.

Registration is required for Admission to the Conference
Admission to the conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the conference for registration check-in.

Advance Registration Cut off Date
Advance registration online will be available until 31st July 2020. After that, please register on-site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the LINAC2020 Local Organizing Committee at For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a £100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing by 31st July 2020. Cancellations after 31st July 2020 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted. This policy also applies to companions. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the LINAC2020 organizers. Refunds will be made by credit card, check or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method. This policy also applies to extra tickets for outings and social functions.
